The Club will strive to provide you with convenient access to your personal information and assist you in the management
of your account history. You will have online access to your account information and will be able to edit certain

Back-ups of membership account occur routinely. The membership account information
is retained for a period determined by legal requirements

account is in constant update and your personal information for tax or other need is available to you instantly,
three hundred sixty-five days of the year.
Back-ups of our membership access (username and password) databases occur nightly. These back-ups are overwritten
such that information is destroyed and irretrievable.
